Morgan Freeman's step grand-daughter stabbed to death on a street in New York

Hollywood legend Morgan Freeman's 33 year old step-granddaughter, E'Dena Hines, was stabbed to death on a Manhattan street early this morning. Her ex-boyfriend has been arrested for the crime.

Police was called outside a building in the Washington Heights area of New York City just before 3:00 a.m local time, where they found E'Dean with multiple stab wounds to her stomach and chest.

Her ex-boyfriend, who has not been named, was found standing over her body, screaming, with blood all over his own body. A knife was also found near E'Dean's body.

E'Dean, an actress, was the granddaughter of Morgan Freeman's first wife Jeanette Adair Bradshaw and is also his goddaughter.
