Kelly Osbourne says she'll return to FP if Giuliana Rancic leaves, calls her a liar

Kelly Osbourne left Fashion Police in February this year after Giuliana Rancic's comment about Zendaya's dreadlocked hair, which some regarded as racist. Kelly says she's willing to return to the show on the condition that 'liar' Giuliana is booted off the show
"If certain people weren’t there, I'd return. I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don’t. I don’t think she’s a good person and I think she’s a liar.' she told The Wrap when asked if she would consider returning to the show.
