    Funny this worms are actually edible and are considered a delicacy in d Southern part of Nigeria where they are referred 2 as 'edible worms'. They are usually eaten with 'tapioca or Kpokogarri' (a snack made from cassava or bread' when fried in eathernware ports with pepper soup spices or roasted. Rumours av it dat d raw ones are medicinal and my dad once had a farm hand (Dafe) on his plantation who used 2 eat dem raw..I have actually eaten d fried and roasted ones quite a number of times with relish and I wud not hesitate 2 eat em raw 4 100 million. If nothing happened 2 Dafe, what can happen 2 me?
