    5. When I served years ago, I remember hijab wearing corpers..who covered their face completely..they used to be called ninja corpers. If NYSC allowed that on religious ground, they have no basis to reject this if she says its on religious grounds which obviously it is. Anywhere such is banned, NYSC can be taken to court and they will loose. So she is free to wear it.
For those mocking her, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder..When I look at her , I see a God fearing lady, I see a virtuous woman, I see a brave and courageous lady who is not afraid to stand upup for what she believes.

    4. By this she had proved that she is a God fearing lady, a witness, a remnant, a gallantly virtuous woman, brave and courageous achiever who is not afraid to stand up for what she believes. God will bless her for choosing to be different. Today, I celebrate her, her parent, and pastors for the historic victory.

I hope there're other reasons why this lady was allowed to wear this outrageous skirt that will scare the living hell out of devil himself. I don't care what her religious affiliation is she has to do/wear what is appropriate for NYSC.

  62. Maybe I'm just plain ignorant but what's the religious basis for banning women in trousers??

    ReplyDelete
  63. For Religious purposes I guess it should be allowed. Some Christians don't like to wear trousers. If they can allow the Muslims to cover their head for religious purposes and because they also requested it, I think same should be done for the Christians if that's what they want. I don't see anything wrong with it

  73. Sister I want know weda u wear panties or tight bc all join. Stop deceiving yourself because if Jesus and Mary wore robe that is called gown today that's mean trousers has for man and woman too. How come pple can get this scripture rightly. The T-shirt you are wearing in that pic can also be wore by male. Why is it that whenit comes to trousers you pple have refused to believe in unisex. Heaven far oooo and will also be a place of surprise to religious people. But for we the christian we know what the spirit tell us.

  74. I think everyone should respect peoples faith .....and what they believe is the right way to follow their faith.

  93. It's allowed in NYSC. When I served in Osun State in 1994, it was allowed for some corps members. And you don't have to mock her for making her choice. All of you who mocked her need to grow up. Did she offend you in anyway? Did she insult you? Why can't we be more respectful in our comments. Hey! She is my sisteer and you had better be careful how you insult her.

98  Looky here. It used to be, a long time ago… And you holiness people, it was wrong for you women to cut your hair. What became right about it, when the Bible said that a, "If any woman cuts her hair off, her husband has a right to give her a divorce." Plain teaching, but that's the Bible. And you women, get out here and cut your yards with overalls on and with man's garments. And the Bible said… Almighty God said, "A woman that'll put on a garment that pertains to a man, it's an abomination and filthy in the sight of God." And you do it. And you smoke cigarettes; you go to dances and shows, and still belong to church. You… Shows you've took some sort of a something; you're not marked in heaven, the Holy Spirit. After while we'll get into that and show you different from that. Now, that's just a little thing.

  99. My dear girl, a book of remembrance will be opened for you by God for choosing to take sides with Jesus Christ. In a world where people praise women and men who live unrighteous lives, walk about naked, join in marriage persons of same sex, persons who change their gender and doing all sorts of things God says are abomination in His eyes, you boldly stood for Jesus, you will definitely be a condemnation to them on that dreadful day of the Lord.
