See the Job approval ratings of Nigerian presidents from 2007-2015 released by NOI

According to this poll conducted by NOI and shared by presidential media aide Mr Shehu Garba, 70% of Nigerians say they approve of President Buhari's job performance in June which marked his first 30 days in office. Results of the poll showed that the north-east, north-central and north-west recorded the highest approval percentages while South-east and south-south recorded the lowest.

Those who were interviewed said they approved of President Buhari's performance after 30 days in office because the security has improved (20 per cent), he has good intentions and he is good so far (16 per cent), and stability of electricity (15 percent) among others.

In addition, the deteriorating power situation in the country seemed to have improved by a whopping 27 points up to 44 per cent (June 2015) from 17 per cent (May 2015) as Nigerians claimed to have experienced more improvement in the month of June 2015. 17 per cent of those interviewed said there has been no improvement while 22 per cent stated that there is no difference at all in power supply in June 2015.

  17. You guys are jokers! Which security improved!!!? And talking about power stability! When will the deceit stop! It wasn't Buhari that saw to the stability of power! It was Goodluck Jonathan! So you guys should quit this deceit on gullible minds! Buhari has done absolutely nothing except putting his kinsmen in strategic positions and dolling out billions to bail out the expences incured by his election campaigns mainly burdened by reckless APC governors! So quit this shenanigans!

  21. Nigerians should tell themselves the truth. 1 month is too short to start rating the President. At this time good/bad ratings are based on sentiments

    Secondly
    We should stop selective indices
Everyone wants to attribute the increase in power supply to the present government but attributes the present all time worst exchange rate to the past government.
The present government has not said it build any new power plant nor implement any new policy in the power sector. The increase in power supply is as a result of what the past government did and also the usual increased witnessed during the raining season. Sentiments should not make us attribute the good to the present govt and the bad to the past govt

I can only rate the present govt high on its determination to deal with corruption based on the moves it had made.

Apart from that there is really nothing else because security has not improved as witnessed with the recent bombings. We are yet to witness the impact of “improve security measures”

It is too early to start rating

  25. Politics aside, sometimes I wonder what this APC media propagandists take Nigerians for. It will be too early for me to start challenging Muhammad Buhari's policies but I think bulk of the semi-illiterates who make up the APC media propaganda team are going to cause more harm than good if they continue to trade this part of open and disgusting lies believing that since they were able to use such a mechanism to ouster Goodluck Jonathan out of the villa they can hold Nigerians down. it is a self deceit that will take them no were.
Nigerians are watching! we are giving Buhari a chance because we think he is a Pius man. deceit may seems appealing for a while but at the end it leaves its guest more entangled and stranded.
The south west may own the media but Nigerians are too educated to let the south west who's grand parents were not able to capture any territory but ended as captives enslave the children of free men.

Do they know anything about economics?. and i am surprised they gave him a high rating on security. Well who's fooling who?. They are the people being killed and slaughtered every day so that's their business.

  29. I know that GEJ had good plans for Nigeria, but he was surrounded by bad ppl. I have always supported Buhari but I don't think D improvement of power supply in some areas was solely Buhari's hand work. I think it's just the fear of Buhari that made the made everyone situp.
