Pregnant Kim Kardashian reveals she is 5 months pregnant

34-year-old Kim Kardashian revealed that she is 5 months along with her 2nd child and has gained 20lbs. She tweeted 'I secretly loved the rumors I was faking my pregnancy bc I was so skinny!     Some women don't show fast... and it also depends on the baby's position.. I am 27 weeks gone with a baby boy and I don't even look pregnant, but my boy was measuring ahead during my recent ultrasound..
