Popular Nigeria Instagram girl dies from aggravated ulcer (photos)

Vibrant and beautiful Cynthia Ayobami Affiong Duke died a few days ago from aggravated ulcer according to her friends who are paying her tribute on social media. May her soul rest in peace, amen.

      O God! She is pretty. This is another slumming tablet gone wrong. Please friends the best wqy to loss weight us by exercising and dieting, stop taking slimming tablets, most of them are very harsh to the internal organs. She was even prettier in the first photo where she fatter. Finally to babes trying to look fresher, prettier and fairer, you hqeyo take care of the inside of you as much as the outside. What a loss.     She went to my Secondary School..AFSS Ikeja. i never spoke to her but she was the most bubbly person i ever saw. Always smiling, playful and never uptight. Rest in Peace dear. God knows best

    It wasn't JUST an aggravated ulcer. She could've died from peritonitis, sepsis or bowel perforation. Ulcers are more severe than they look. Sad. RIP

This girl in this picture is very ugly. She is urgly ugly. And I suspect what killed her was spending too much time behind a mirror and forgetting to eat or take her drugs when she was suppose to.
