    4. I knew alot of fools will say congrats without thinking twic why that boy go to imsu or futo or unn but his father sent him london to school. At london rochas used imo state money to pay for his son's hotel accommodation, school fees etc that cost millions of pounds or dollars While in imsu or futo needs money to get equiped our labs with goood facilities so that education weill improve for better and foreign will come to the state to aquire education.
Recently imsu was on strike and stil threnten to go emback on striker.
Now there is no money to pay workers and their salaries are been cut 50%... Yet rochas claimed that the state is owning him and withdraws his scam free education in the state.
Is high time we open our eyes aand say no to all this selfish leaders like rochas.

    12. Mr Walata ignore the soundbites and hear the message. This is an atrocious display of unaccountability in office. His chubby son should not attend any school outside of the state.
Even if you want to argue that he spent his own money on tuition, is he confirming that universities in his state are not good?

Mind you, cos he didn't send him to FUTO or any tertiary institution in nigeria doesn't make him a thief neither does he make him a bad person.... I am a product of such educational apparatus and I won't av thot of attending a federal or state university cos it's all shit....

  31. I wept for Nigerians, all these so called politicians killed our educational system and paralysed our universities all in the name of their selfish interest and create inferiority complex for the average Nigerians. I have 5 questions for people who praised this guy son for graduating with first class.

1, How many Chinese, Indian, British or even Somalia, Study in Nigeria?
2, How old is rochas son ? in Nigeria you will write waec till u get tired and turn to okada rider or emergency model and event planner like lindaikeji b4 blogging helped her life
3, Do you know that the public fund that was spent on this child can pay University of Ibadan lecturer for years?
4, Do you know the game plan of making their (politician) children schools abroad is not for them to apply for jobs in labour market like you and me? watch out this boy in the next 15years This boy will be as big as DIMEJI BANKOLE FORMER SPEAKER OR BUKOLA SARAKI PRESENT SENATE PRESIDENT.

Some student in UNILAG,OAU,UNAB,UI AND FUTA can teach some lecturers in the uk because most of them ask google what they need.

  56. This trend of everyone getting first-class in the UK...they have seen that foreign students are a source of revenue for their universities. It used to be that students with distinction were retained in the univeristyfor phds and what not. Now they just go to school for 10months get a first-class and are kicked out. Mind you this distinction everyone is raving about is just disappointing. When the pass mark is 70 how won't everyone get that even without studying? To put it in perspective a first-class graduate knows 70% of the subjects they study not 95% like the rest of the world. It's obviously a money making scheme for the UK and Nigerians are their main customers.
