Good news! Nigeria marks one year without any reported case of Polio

This indeed is great news. The World Health Organization will in few weeks remove Nigeria from countries where the disease is endemic and declare Nigeria polio free.

  20. We will only be removed from the list of polio endemic countries but will declared polio free after three years of not reporting any case.

  40. Great news ! This shows that if this country can devout it's tym n resources into something, we would achieve great things. I think the awareness being created about HIV/AIDS is equally commendable compared to some African countries n even the so-called "developed" world .
