A LIB reader who is a student of the school say this is Awo Hall in OAU and this is how they get water sometimes...

    What's with trying to find fault in OAU all the time?? I know the school is far from being perfect but normal people collect rain water too for crying out loud. We do it in Moz too. Those guys are just too lazy to go downstairs and put the buckets down. Linda you should sieve your news before publishing.. not all of them deserve the spotlight abeg.

    That is to show u how worst our universities in Nigeria are. I was purging in school today and there was no toilet in the whole school to use for students, the so called available ones we have is just like not having any at all, no water, u have to get water your self before using and then u pay again, and then d other one is at the next gate, it's just like going to the hostel to use ur toilet. Today made me realise how bad my own school is, Nd we pay thousands of naria for school fees nd some stupid domestic fees. Alot has to be done o.

    I spent 3 years in Awo hall as an undergraduate. This is just one of the numerous pranks from Awo boys. It's called 'Aroism' or simply 'Aro'. OAU have a dam and fair water supply to all halls of residence.
