  19. Dear Ma,

PETITION AGAINST THE LIVING FAITH CHURCH, AKA WINNERS' CHAPEL CANAANLAND, OTTA, ON THE ACT OF TERRORISM, LAWLESSNESS AND ILLEGALITY WHICH HAVE LED TO TOTAL BLOCKAGE OF ROADS AND ENTRANCES, BREACH OF PEACE AND TRANQUILITY IN OKO-FILLING AREA OF LAFENWA-ITELE, ADO-ODO OTA, OGUN STATE AND THE USE OF THUGS AND POLICEMEN FOR ILLEGAL OPERATIONS.

We are the occupants of Oko-filling, Lafenwa-Itele, Ogun State, writing to bring to your concern as stated thus.

The Winners' Chapel Canaanland, Otta Ogun State is sponsoring and promoting act of terrorism, lawlessness, illegality which have brought total blockage of roads and entrances to our domain at Oko-filling area, Lafenwa-Itele road, Ado-odo ota, Ogun State. These acts have also brought breach of peace.

The illegal construction of fence across the the roads and entrances have totally hindered us from gaining access to our apartments. The constructions were implemented by engagement of the services of land warriors led by someone called Oluomo, aided by numerous thugs and policemen without any legal documents or verdict.

The illegal constructions of fence throughout the entire area started about three weeks ago by the Winners' Chapel canaanland, Otta through their officials of physical development planning section led by the so-called Omo-onile and land warrior named Oluomo backed by thugs and policemen after giving seven (7) day notice prior to vacate the area without any notice of acquisition by the Ogun State Government.

All through this period, efforts of us the occupants of the area have resulted to despiteful harassment, and merciless beating of some of the occupants. Some of us return from work meeting the entrance of our apartments fenced and we were unable to gain access to our various houses.

These actions of terrorism and illegality have made majority of us the occupants temporarily homeless including our families since past weeks ago.

We will appreciate your urgent attention and intervention as to render any help to stop the actions and also ensure that legal conducts are appropriately followed.

  20. Hi Linda,

    It's 'flautist', not flutist.
