Customer shades the heck out of Airtel on twitter...lol

Lol. Choi! Some people have no chill. So Airtel told the customer that they have followed him on Twitter so he can send them a direct message and the guy replied saying he's trying to follow back but their network is not letting him (meaning it's slow or not going at all) and would use a competitor's network to follow them. Boom! And Airtel was so gracious in their response! Nice one!

    9. Its really doesn't matter. Airtel could be really slow at times especially in some areas but trust me they have the widest and fastest 3G network that even super seeds mtn. Just the problem is Data Zapping

  40. Airtel is the best in Nigeria, lots of freebies.. Data, voice, roaming for free.. God bless them..

    ReplyDelete
  41. My issue with them networks is their celebrity endorsements, am not hating really but with the kinda money they splash on these guys they could've used to improve the services honestly. Glo is most guilty of this, and to think its the only indigenous company amongst them with the crappiest network.

    KuKu P!!!

  43. In Abeokuta,Airtel is next to a dead network-u'll have to go to a place miles away frm d city before you can get to make calls/browse the internet. It's that bad..My airtel sim is somewhere gathering dust!
