Isn't this so sweet? Last month, Barcelona and Brazilian football star Neymar unveiled his new tattoo of his younger sister Rafaella on his arm. And Rafaella returned the gesture by tattooing Neymar's eyes on her left arm. She unveiled it over the weekend. See it after the cut...
