It has nothing to do with fashion - it has to do with every one being allowed to wear what is considered formal wear in his/ her country.
Have you seen a photo of UN officials at work? In the UN, attire, which is considered as formal dress in a person's nation qualifies as an outfit to be worn to the work place.
So take several seats and while you are at it OPEN YOUR MIND...
We are not saying he shouldn't represent his culture but some outfit doesn't fit some occasions.
