Former Imo state governor, Ikedi Ohakim arrested by EFCC

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has reportedly arrested former Imo state governor, Ikedi Ohakim. He was arrested by EFCC officials at his Asokoro home Abuja this morning at about 10.05am, according to a report by Premium Times. He was picked up after failing to honor an EFCC invitation yesterday June 17th. He is being interrogated over some properties traced to him.

    its cool but it will give me much joy to see the present governor arrested he has done worst more than anyone can imagine , nothing like civil service rule deceiving the people with free education , collecting lands at will with his in law Uche nwaosu and present has added another sob in law to join in looting the peoples money . if one should check road constructed you would see non is of standard except that leading to his place , serious people need to look into his case and stop being stupid about the free education cause the civil servants are suffering same goes for pensioners . most annoying part is the people are to blind to see mostly the rural people .... ma eye don see ma ear done hear tire IMO state has been turned to rochas owelles family business

HOW COME ALL OF A SUDDENLY THEY'VE AWOKEN FROM THEIR SLUMBER BECAUSE BUHARI IS IN POWER? THEY ARE ONLY ARRESTING PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN FOOL BUHARI IN ALLOWING THEM TO REMAIN IN THEIR JOB.

    THE LEADERSHIP OF EFCC MUST BE SACKED. EFCC IS LONG OVERDUE FOR SERIOUS OVERHAUL. THE TIME TO DO IT IS NOW. THERE SHOULD BE NO DELAY. SACK ALL OF THEM, AND JAIL THE CURRENT EFCC CHAIRMAN. HE'S A CROOK FOR ALLOWING CROOKS TO GET AWAY.

    EFCC MUST BE CLEANED UP, NOW, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

General Buhari's EFCC is working for the interest of General Buhari, APC and the northern mafia and crooks masquerading as leaders and politicians.

    Nigeria needs a more powerful and fearless EFCC. To achieve that, the current leadership of EFCC MUST be replaced because they are PREJUDICED, BIASED and TRIBALISTIC.

    EFCC CHAIRMAN MUST BE SACKED, NOW.
