    2. Nigeria truly needs selfless act such as this from people at the top of her government if we are ever going to make any sensible and visible progress as a Nation. I just hope he truly has the interest of the masses/nation at heart as he seems to be portraying. God bless him.

  38. This wardrobe allowance has become ridiculous. How many workers will that offset their arrears

    ReplyDelete
  39. I don't think this man knows his role as a senator. Why spending ur wardrobe allowance on Osun workers that also have 3 senators representing them? Don't you have a constituency sir? You should donate ur personal income to workers in Osun and not funds meant for your constituency.

    ReplyDelete

    1. And who told you his wardrobe allowance is meant for his constituency?

      Delete
    2. Mumuni....And his wardrobe allowance doubles as constituency funds? Your foolishness na follow come.

      Delete
    3. Last time I checked wardrobe allowance isn't constituency's fund dummy.

  40. You are a noise maker. Kick against the bogus amount. We don't have that much amount of money at the moment, so u can't start donating what you don't have

    ReplyDelete
  41. Now I get it... U wanna run for President right??? Well following from what ur brother n ur party did to us, Sadly, we don't want PDP in power till further notice.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Why shld he give it to Osun Nlc? More like enabling d bastard governor. Btw, Osun no get senators repn dem? Let dia senators do d needful. @Aregbesola, see wat u'v turned ur state into, #BeggarsClub#... well, dy want change, change dy will see. Ndi ala!

  43. Whatever your motivation sir, I encourage you to keep it up.

  53. Change has to start from somewhere, somebody must start something and others will follow, I pray the good ones among them will make looting of public funds unattractive. Kudos Mr. Ben Bruce.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Ben Bruce must be a jester. I wonder why Nigerians like being fooled by rogues. You are donating half of your wardrobe allowance to Osun workers and the other half to widows in your community after finding out that your wardrobe allowance is N506,600 per senator meaning you are donating N253,300 to Osun workers and the other half to widows in your community. I wonder why this generous donations was not made before finding out the actual amount you are entitled to. Pls Ben Bruce stop playing games with people. Before making your Donations pls return ill gotten money received by you from Akwa Ibom state government for the failed tropicana contract so Akwa Ibom state can also pay salaries as one of the states even in the face of plenty that can't pay salaries and is heavily indebted to contractors and Banks

  55. people like Ben should be encouraged, True wealth is by sharing not by hoarding

  56. Well done Sire! Let those that want to help their state learn from your kind gesture!

  57. its like we are missing something here. I think the first question is how do we justify the amount paid to the national assembly in the name of allowances compare to what is paid to civil servant, how can we justify this amount compare to what is happening in Nigeria of today. He can do what ever he likes with his money but the fact remains that is it proper for them collecting 252 million each per annum when Nigeria is sinking? I want him to tell Nigerian that what they are collecting is ok looking at what is happening in the country now.
