Usual fixture in the area. This photo was taken on the Lekki Epe Expressway between 3rd and 4th roundabout, opposite Ikate Elegushi heading to Victoria Island. I know this because I am sitting in traffic everyday heading to work so have time to notice EVERYTHING around me. LOL
