Photos: Khloe Kardashian dazzles in blue cut out dress

30 year old Khloe Kardashian showed off her curves in a blue bodycon David Koma dress that featured strategic cut-out panels along the bust, midsection and thighs. She was spotted outside the Trump SoHo Hotel as she made her way to the Javits Center event for the  BookCon in New York City today. More photos after the cut..
