  84. To Linda ikeji... Today in the federal capital territory.. Corp members where forgotten during the inauguration of the new government.. Corp member where stranded at the rally point withoutbeing noticed. The Directir General of the nysc was not invited and the Corp was left out... The government has easily forgotten that the nysc is a right of passage into the Nigerian society.. every prominent Nigerian has served the country for one year and it's a primary and integral piece of their curriculum vitae . They have also forgotten that the Corp members risked their lives and where at the grassroots of the elections.. it's not fair.. it's high time Corp members are recognised and not treated like trash... If they can't be recognized now. Then what's the use of a cumpolsory service to a country that neglects you?
