Footballer Emmanuel Adebayor's brother begs for forgiveness

Emmanuel Adebayor's brother, Rotimi Adebayor, who the Togo and Tottenham Hotspur striker has put on blast in two posts on Facebook recently, is begging his brother and other family members for forgiveness for the mistakes he has made.

Rotimi Adebayor told the BBC that he's "on his knees" asking for the family to be together again.
"I'm so sorry for everything that I've done wrong... I want to beg, forgive me. I want him [Emmanuel] to try and be with us again. To sit like a family, do things together. I pray to God that moment is coming soon. People are laughing at us, but they will see us and they will cry... God's time is the best, I wish my brother good luck." he said

My mother is always so afraid of my younger brother who will not mind chasing them out of the house if they do not do his bidding. I was progressing in my husband's house. I suffered to train myself in the University. The brother made sure I would not be trained because I was a girl. I decided to stay back in the north after Youth Service year because of the brother.

    God blessed me the same year with my husband. I married and left their house for them. I continued to study, writing professional exams and obtaining second and third degrees. My husband progressed likewise myself. Now, all hell was let loose. They want me to bring back my salary to them. They are now the people that trained me. They want me to divorce my husband and return to them. They do not care about my own children. They want me train both cousins, nephews and nieces.

    I am thirty eight years old. Whenever they come to my house, it must be to condemn my husband, my in laws and all that relates to me. They even asked me to resign from my work. They contacted my boss to sack me. They even said that nothing was done on my head by my husband. All the wine, the box of clothes, the traditional and white wedding meant nothing to them. I still went and begged them and stop tarnishing my good name because of sheer jealousy. I provided for all these in the way I could. I have done renovations and repairs of houses. Everyone have his or her problem including Ade but everything he says about his family is truth in fact he did not say all due to he used a social media and I start to laugh at some ignorant people that does not know what happened and how far this have taking them.

    Your family r not willing to empower themselves..only plan is to suck u dry...truth be told..they are very envious of u and looks like they prefer u to be poor and broken..I think u are fighting a never ending battle..your family appears to be jobless and get ur time..you on the other hand don't /shouldn't have d time for them...keep you head up...and The Lord will vindicate u...IJMN

    Amaka The Lord is your strength , the good lord will keep you for your husband and kids , continue to avoid them . My own in laws have taught me how to avoid family , as they dealth with my husband who is the first born , my mother in law no matter how much we tried would still prefer her other sons , when they are getting married she will squeeze us dry , yet when her pensions came she decided to buy property for her two boys , who are okay as well , saying we didn't need it .
    Her divide and rule no bi here ooo , thank God her son has realized the kind of useless family he has and we have decided to look at them .
    Our days of glory will return in Jesus name , that I know and hmmmm not with them to celebrate with us .
