To stop this long list of lost talents and innocent lives from growing longer, European and the US governments in particular should desist from rolling out the red carpet treatment to known white-collar legislooters/criminals from Nigeria for starters. The white-collar criminal registery should include corrupt judges like the one that freed Igbenedion. This singular act will begin to drive home the message: it's no longer business as usual. Even Switzerland, once a haven 4 hiding illicit funds has had a re-think. Why not others?
