Two days ago, a staff of V.I.O
(vehicle inspection office) in an attempt to stop a moving car, jumped
into the car and began dragging the steering with the driver, who then lost control
of the car. The car veered off the road crashed down a vale there. The car summersaulted severally before landing opposite the Fed ministry of works in Abuja. Luckily
the driver and the VIO staff were rescued alive and were rushed to the
hospital because of the serious injuries they sustained. Is this how they train these V.I.O staff to stop cars? Hmmm. See more photos after the cut...
Come on! Dis is unacceptable frm dis guys. Must they result to dis, and wht abt if they had died in d crash. God save, and help us frm dis guys.

ReplyDeleteDamn! This is not right frm da v.i.o...Hope they recover soon.
ReplyDeleteI had similar experience. It was a police officer in my own case. We were screaming for the driver to stop and he wouldn't. The car went zig zag on that Wuye road. We screamed and screamed. Police threatened to release tear gas. I was so afraid. Our saving grace was a military truck that was parked somewhere. They saw what was happening and quickly sped past us to block the driver. So he stopped by force. See the speed I used to run out of the vehicle. The driver was bundled into their own van And charged with kidnapping of a uniformed man.
ReplyDeleteDem carry you do action film by fire by force! LOL!
DeleteThat V.I.O suppose get serious injury o , so that tomorrow, he wouldn't jump into a moving vehicle, useless man

ReplyDeleteJump into a movin vehicle????is it part of bein competent
ReplyDeleteWhy would the car not stop when asked to?
ReplyDeleteI believe this picture was taken after the incidence happened. Those officers seen in the picture are NSCDC officers, and they're there to rescue and evacuate the victims.. NSCdC doesn't inspect vehicles .
