Ex Governor Donald Duke and wife pay courtesy visit to Buhari

Former Cross Rivers state Governor, Donald Duke and his wife, Onari paid a courtesy visit to the President-elect, General Buhari at his home in Abuja yesterday April 2nd. The Governor and wife congratulated him on his victory at the last election.

    the next milestone in our democratic process will be for parties to clarify their respective ideologies. that way we can hold party members accountable for what they believe in. it will also curb cross - carpeting and shameless jostling for political appointments by career politicians regardless who don't mind who is in power as long s they are 'remembered'.

    a member of the labour party in the UK cannot be expecting political appointment from a conservative PM because they believe in totally different approaches to governance.

    we will get there one day!
