Another missing child

Why is this happening so much these days? Why? This pretty girl above was abducted from her home at World Bank Housing in Owerri on April 24th. See the broadcast sent out below...
"Alert! Yannie Munachimso Oforduru, a 5year old girl was kidnapped by unknown people at her home in Owerri during the early hours of Friday, 24th April. Any useful info as to her whereabouts should please call these number 08037075960.
