    RIGGED 100%........no void vote, no incidence report. In Nasarawa, a whole 74,000 votes were void, so also other states. Why is Enugu different? I used to think dis is a generation of intellects, but sorry d reverse is d case. Enugu is just an example of a student that carried expo and got 100 instead of 91 which is still an A.
