    6. Yes oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All Nigerians wake-up wherever you are for #change#! Buhari and Osinbajo. Can change this country and Nigeria will be better again. Yes he can do it. Don't let people deceive people party, deceive you. They are coming again!!! Shine your eyes well, OJB, called them hawks that surround GEJ, Its has been proven that we are not moving forward for past 6 years now, all what they do is to recycle themselves and continuity embezzlement of Nigerians money. You can see for yourself, people deceive people PDP party, that is their mentality. They said Buhari will take us back if elected President! Nigerians say it's a good decision to go back when you've lost your way on a 6 years. PDP journey where our destination as a nation is no longer visible. Please, Buhari, take us back to the era where:1. One Dollar was less than one Naira. It is incredible today!2. Everything was on first come first serve basis.3. There was zero tolerance for corruption.4. Oil refineries in PortHarcourt, Warri & Kaduna were built & running at full capacity.5. Anybody with questionable wealth was afraid to display it in public. 6. There was Zero tolerance for indiscipline. Everything was in order7. Nigeria had no debt at all.8. Neglecting your children was a crime9. Littering the public place was a crime10. Twenty oil depots were built and functioning.11 Western world can't interfere into our nation.12. Chad invaded Nigeria, we sent them packing but did not harness their Land13. Our economy was NOT running on generator14. We can sleep with our eyes closed because we were secured.15. Countries like Indonesia and Malaysia need not to set example on how to deal with drug pushers. 16. The Maitaseine Islamic Sect insurgency in the North was crushed on record time. 17. We want those days when Buhari was a military Governor but did not amass illegal wealth. 18. We want those days when Buhari was a Minister of Petroleum but did not hire a private jet for N10 billion. 19. We want those days when Buhari was a Head of State but did not loot the Treasury. 20. We want those days when Buhari was Head of PTF but did not steal the Fund even in the days of Abacha when stealing was the order of the day. Pls, Buhari & Osinbajo, take us BACK! We can't afford another 4yrs of waste in the hands of PDP!!! Take us BACK to the good old days of this our great nation. #ihavedecided to vote for #change#

  24. LINDA - POST NOT SPONSORED ABI?????

Ogaa ooo. Days drawing near, madness of election has started again. Tinubu didn't allow Atiku my man win APC presidential candidate because they all knew how stubborn he is. The only man who set Obasanjo on hot seat... Corrupt Obasanjo who deceived Nigerians to acquire incredible large portion of land at Ota and said it's for Operation Feed The Nation. A federal government property now his personal property. Making N35,000,000 daily from the farm now. Still one egg in Ota farm and you will be dead. If APC knows they are clean, they would have allowed ATIKU become their presidential candidate instead of Buhari whom the world expects to die soon. They took advantage of Buhari desperacy. APC is too good but that is where you have 70% of bad people from PDP. This election has really quarantined things. I wish Fashola can move out of APC. If it is not because of Fashola, a lot of people won't vote for APC. Just Tinubu and his Mafian gang alone can only create riots. People know Tinubu is a deadloss and hate him so much but Fashola is like lamb that washes away his evil deeds yet he is dictating Fashola's life because of an oath taken at the initial stage. TINUBU and BOMBARI ARE LOSERS FOR EVER.

I kinda started following this blog of recent and I can't help but wonder. Do these people: bonario, onyx (hope I got that right), juliet iwuno, christie benjamin, have a day time job? 'cause they seem to have a lot of time on their hands as they appear in the comment session of every post the lady (I hope u are a lady, cause it would be really weird for a guy to answer linda) that owns this blog puts up. Or is this because of some sort of end of year giveaway I hear she gives or something? I must confess, this really surprises me because I know how tired I am when I get back from work each day and usually have little or no time at all for the internet; only to see these people's names pop up in the comment sessions every time I open this site, some of them even commenting as early as 8am.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Is it only me that noticed this constant power since morning when we ve not had more than two hours in one week? I have said this several times that APC has bought over power distribution companies management for political reasons. We have light today because they want us to view their campaign train today. It's only the gullible that doesn't see what is going on in this country. If they can deny us power because of their selfishness, how can one separate them from Boko haram? Desperation of the highest order

  66. Buhari and APC are fools. Buhari said he will make GEJ's government ungovernable and he did by using Boko Haram to distract the administration. 120. Buhari is a man full of contradictions:-
    - He said he will fight corruption but Thiefnubu is his friend!

    - He will give us security but he was pushed out of office in 1985 like a chicken by his subordinate!

    - He is honest but lies about his qualification!

    - He has no N27million to buy form but his wife has N135million worth of drugs to donate!

    - He is poor but all his children school in the elite schools abroad!

    - He will fight terrorism but sees others fighting terrorism (boko haram) as anti-north!

    - He will empower the youths but is never known to have helped a single Almajiri, even in Daura!

    - He will fix the economy but has not even elementary knowledge of economics!

    - He will stabilize global oil price but is not OPEC president!

    - He is the Presidential candidate of APC but doesn't know the full meaning of APC!

    - etc!!!

  122. Hmm! It is good to see some real opposition in Nigeria for a change. GMB's resolve is commendable, however can he really win the election or does he truly represent the kind of real change we clamour for in Nigeria?

The PDP Administration has been largely woeful even though it has made a few giant strides in some areas. Be that as it were we need to seriously answer the following questions before paying lip service or playing armchair politics:
Is the entire Redeemed community really going to vote for a Muslim president on the day of the election? Really? Doesn't that go totally against the teachings in the church? Vote for a unbeliever? Can the Christians in Nigeria trust a Muslim president to protect the interests of not only Christians, but all non-Muslims? We really ought to be getting to the bottom of why we are faced with Muslim insurgents before we naively hand our lives over to a Muslim president. We just heard that the former CJN's son might have left Nigeria to join ISIS and we continually hear that Boko Haram is being funded by powerful Muslim leaders. If we add to this the fact that we also cannot ignore GMB's military dictatorial antecedents, his age and current true health status, things begin to look even more confusing. Don't get me wrong please. My family is 50% Muslim and 50% Christian, so I am not hating on Muslims.

Furthermore, add to the equation the fact that the biggest financier of APC has for many years been rumoured to have been cornering a large chunk of Lagos's revenue for his personal use despite not being in Government per se. Now do you really think entrusting the commonwealth of Nigeria vicariously (an entirely different debate) into the hand of this APC financier will serve the purpose of over 170 million Nigerians? Or are we just going to be granting free licence to a grossly greedy and corrupt man and his cronies to visit the kind of legendary stealing and abuse of power in not just one State now, but the whole Nigerian federation???

GEJ and his Ministers also don't represent any hope either. One could go on for days should one start on the comedy of errors that has plagued his mostly incompetent team. The truth is that both sides are same shame of same. A point to ponder though is that can Nigerian businesses handle the uncertainty that a new Government at the centre can bring?? Would GMB make our lives any better this time around if given another chance?

Sadly, I don't see any hope for Nigeria based on either options in their current make-up. Unless God shows his hand and helps them re-strategise and choose much more credible, qualified and suitable candidates, then don't sleep with both eyes closed. There are a few honourable people in both camps, unfortunately, they are outnumbered by the bad eggs with financial mite. Also historically, Lagosians seem to confuse the high IGR potential of the State, which is really a function of the huge tax-paying adult population, with the efficiency of who governs the State. Well, a State that generates N22 billion monthly will by default make anybody at the helm of affairs look like a genius regardless of party affiliations.

In the final analysis what we need is great leaders regardless of religious leanings and party affiliations that truly have the fear of God in their heart. It would not hurt to perhaps see some solid women running things at the helm "properly" too only because they earned it and not because of whom they are related to by marriage or otherwise. I am a Nigerian woman, and I wish her all the best in the forthcoming election, I am don't particularly care who wins, as long as Nigeria itself wins, because then, we all win!!! God help Nigeria and bless us all.
