A LIB reader sends in what he witnessed at an eatery in Enugu state today. Read below...
I was about entering Chitis, a popular eatery in my school
UNN. A police van and an Acura Jeep parked outside and a gun wielding
plain clothes police man alighted from the van and entered the eatery. I
don't understand how one can be so reckless in a place filled with
students. This is meant to be a "civilized" society. I think it is even
unlawful to carry such gun in plain clothes.
He could have been mistaken for an armed robber and caused serious panic ...

With our bumpy roads, u do know that a wrong turn and a hit on a bump and the rifle, which they have facing civilians anyways, could discharge. Its absurd.
