    i leave in the area. and i bought a house from the developer.
    some of the buyers have actually moved in and taken delivery of their houses.
    the delevoper developed the entire road and drainage infrastructure in the whole environment .
    the original land owners the ojomu family and bakare family of Ajiran kingdom are so proud of the developer and his colleagues who have developed the entire area.
    their is No looming war but rather some members of the old exco went to court to challenge their removal after thier vtenure expired and it has nothing to do with the developer.
    please get your facts straight or are u a member of the old executive?

    This property is not in chevy view as claimed, it is in Idado estate. the developer we understand has not paid his due.
