The narratives here make for an interesting read but I still maintain that GMB is not the change and neither is GEJ. We need vibrancy, vision, sacrifice and a sh*tload of cojones which honestly none of these guys have. Seun, you have made some of us proud! You are a true warrior, just like your family members before you. I believe you know what you are saying because you were 'privileged' to grow and live within the circles of some of these people. I didn't even know Tinubu was part of the NADECO group. I was just a kid back then, when NADECO was popular and I definitely didn't understand what it was trying to do. ReplyDeleteIs this guy pained that GEJ visited his elder brother? this guy is simply jealous,same happened after the demise of their father, he quickly formed the band and has been singing what i don't know all in the name of music, if not for that surname 'Fela' he will simply be irrelevant, he should go back to school and learn, read history and watch how things play out before coming out to talk about politics, better still he should look up to his brother
ReplyDeleteBut did the Ransome-Kutis not benefit from the Babangida regime? If my memory serves me correctly, Seun's uncle was the minister for health under the supposedly evil Babangida. And I recall the uncle and David Mark were cabinet colleagues- or am I wrong, Seun??? Lets not forget also that Seun's father was a notorious drug user who broke Nigerian law on drugs!!!

ReplyDeletePersonally, I will really prefer us to look away from PDP and APC for another party who has younger, and perhaps better candidates and consider them instead of these two. None of them is the change.
