Photos: Delta City mall, Effurun, nearing completion

The massive shopping mall being constructed by the Delta State Government in collaboration with Shoprite called the Delta City Mall in Effurun, Warri in Delta State is nearing completion. The $57m project was supposed to have been completed in December 2014 but is still under construction. See some pics of how far they've gone after the cut...

    If they like, they could build Delta city mall in Borno state, one thing stands sure. And that is LIBERS LOVE AND HAIL THEIR KING.

  29. The edifice will surely be magnificient upon completion - possibly surparsing the one at Ibadan in size. Never knew malls can be as expensive as $57million to build.
