Kanye gets tattoos of his mum & North's birth-dates, heads out to dinner with Kim

Kanye got new tattoos of his mother and daughter's birth-date in Roman numerals on this wrists in London this morning. Kim said Kanye had tried to get a face tattoo but she talked him out of it.
