    2. Rats are everywhere in Lagos, there is no house in lagos that u won't find one arnd!! Not to talk abt where they can find free food.... they need to call pest control to handle the situation!!

    3. Its possible not to have mice or rats in a house. All you need to do is kill all existing vermin by fumigation and then keep your doors and mosquito netting closed all the time.

    4. People should stop forming. Where there is food, there must be rats. No biggie. Nobody likes them but Chill. They cook inside there, they have trash, plus all y'all who throw items away anyhow. Rat must dey. It's something to laugh about but still they should try to fumigate

Shoprite is suppose to v a pest and rodent control system. It would cost them more if these animals roam freely and it's bad for their reputation.

    2. Christie you are talking nonsense. Having lived in London all my life I can only recall about two occasions seeing rats and they have been outside near exposed bins. So no they are not everywhere. Unless where you stay in london you keep it dirty.

    1. And why shouldn't she say where this happened? That abroad you are calling, a picture of just one rat would have shut Shoprite down. Who wants to go where they would use their money to buy food that may have come into contact with rat faeces and urine? She doesn't need to try to make d company look bad, Shoprite should know better. From the way you are talking I'm sure that your house especially you kitchen is full of cockroaches and rats.

  73. Linda ensure you post this comment and save a life..... Everybody needs to be weary of the food section of I kea mall shoprite, my friend and I have had severe food poisoning after buying food in that shoprite... I bought rice and pork a long time ago and it landed me in the hospital. When a friend of mine came in from ph I wanted to give her a a treat I took to the mall to buy pastry but she insisted in getting their cooked rice, chicken etc... I told of my experience and along with the fact that the seafood section has a foul smell buy she insisted, you won't believe it! My friend started stooping and throwing up so bad, she collapsed in a bus and they had to call everyone in her phone to come and carry her, please my people do not buy food from shop rite ikeja oh! Surulere shoprite sells the freshest food biko! Don't say I didn't warn you.

  76. 27th January 20016 was oh so shocked to see a rat at Shoprite this afternoon at the checkout counter. In fact it was sauntering around like it was used to people. How nasty. Have now Googled Rat at Shoprite ( for sure I didnt expect to get any hits lo and behold in fact I am one of MANY!!!!!!) The annoying thing is that the employees were so lackadaisical, ashee they don see many taya!!! Last time I will be shopping at SHOPRITE, now that Lassa Fever is rife!!!!
