How silly! See this convo between an aspiring footballer and Kanu Nwankwo

So this Lucky Charles dude hits up iconic footballer Kanu Nwankwo on twitter, telling him he's a young footballer who needs help. Kanu replies him, telling him to come to train with his Academy in Owerri and even gave him a number to call. And what does this guy say next? He's asking for payment. Imagine! Kanu didn't reply him after that. *sigh*

    Linda you've read the boy's tweet wrongly. The young man was trying to confirm whether there's any payment involved. Most times when young footballers go for screening in Nigeria, there's one form of registration fee or payment they are asked to make. In this case, the boy is trying to confirm if such payments are involved. Kanu would have followed up the convo and cleared the guys question. That's how you manage social communication

    I think,people shouldn't just jump into conclusion.He maybe asking if He needs to pay to join the academy but if it's the other way round then Kanu should explain further,there's no harm to make him understand that things usually don't work as fast as He thought.Good communication is key for we all and not to assume or conclude someone's idea and opinion etc.
