  45. He was my lecturer. He was already a successful Quatity Surveyor at this point and a principal partner of then Nigeria's most successful Quantity Surveying firm. He would lecture us FREE OF CHARGE weekends and public holidays.....and would have to drive down from Kaduna to Zaria to do so......I owe my professional success to Elrufai who taught us to think outside the box!
