Sen. Saraki reacts to NSA asking for Feb election to be postponed

The National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, called on INEC earlier today to postpone next month's general election to allow more people get their PVCs. Former Governor of Kwara state and current senator Bukola Saraki took to twitter to share his opinion on the matter...

    2. Saraki should shut up. His family enslaved the people of Kwara State. He looted the state during his tenure. Slept with so many young girls from poor homes. Arrogant man. His family ran down a bank by siphoning money from the bank. Thieves! You are not on a position to tell the masses anything. We are Nigerians and not merely from Kwara. Idiotic man.

    1. It's such a pity that even you Bonario who's a known and respected name in LIB would stoop so low to speak like little kids here that don't reason before they type whatever they wish. So because you feel and I repeat, because you feel APC would win the forthcoming election, security measures and election standards should not be put in place again? When will people start to think properly that certain things ought to be in place and in order before this election holds? I strongly believe that most of these kids on lib clamouring and screaming "sai Buhari", "change" etc, don't even have their PVCs yet and most of them won't even vote ,this is sadly the truth. Whatever problems that come up, you guys blame PDP and GEJ simply because you're APC followers, this is not supposed to be so, I even expected somebody like you to be very neutral in issues like this, so that when you speak or comment without bias, kids here would learn from you. All the same, its just an opinion from me to you, so take it or leave it with a clean mind.

  28. the NSA is not entirely wrong in this, infact I concur with him on this bcos the security situation in some part of Nigeria is not conducive enough for election to be held in some part of the country and also people like me that registered in august 2014 are still yet to know if we are going to be able to collect our PVC before the February elections.

Love or Trust, Trust is much more important than Love. If someone loves me, it is more of that person’s business than mine.  But if the same person trusts me, it places a duty on me to live up to that trust. In other words, Trust challenges one to reciprocate; Love might not always do that.....what's that ISSUE that gives you sleepless night in your relationship? Its time you talk to someone.

  48. PDP running scared. All attempts to taint Buhari in other to disqualify him has failed. They now want to use the NSA. What is the business of the NSA with PVC? If he is asking to postpone the elections for security reasons, and with hard evidence then thats understandable. If its for collection of PVC, thats clearly not his call.

  66. Even if it is shifted forward GEJ will still win. Its obvious. Nature and we Nigerians detest a party with violent supports and the heads of the party not doing anything to caution the situation,. That is a kind of government that will feed those violent folks more with what they want.

Ok. GEJ's vehicle was stoned, he never came out in the press to openly accuse anybody.

Must people make direct false accusations like this? It sounds vapid and inciteful for a man of his age and calibre.

This country is on a shaky balance due to violence, and political intolerance at the moment. Why fuel it with empty suspicions.

What if we say we want the postponement because the northerners have already planned how to rig it for Buhari that day? Won't APC sue those who said it?

How will postponing it solve any thing? Will the violence stop then? And how will postponing it also make those who claim they will have a landslide victory lose?
Be careful what you say as a leader
    Stop peddling accusations.
If there is a fight and this country is torn, Who will you rule?
