Photos: Bleaching or filtering?

Sean Tizzle's fans have been complaining a lot on Instagram that he's bleaching with pics like this that he posts. Some say it's filtering. What do y'all think? Meanwhile, in some people's eyes, every one is bleaching...lol.

      It's probably just the camera resolution. Some cameras make people appear brighter than normal. Even if he wants to bleach dey should allow him be na, afterall dey are of no use to his life. It's his life not theirs. Am wondering when bleaching became a crime. Before y'all conclude, I don't bleach o, lol.
