Photo: Fraudster Bags 10 Years Jail Term for Stealing N6.3million

Find the EFCC press statement below...
Justice A.A. Akinyemi of an Ogun State High Court, sitting in Abeokuta, has convicted Kingswill Chiekezie and sentenced him to ten years imprisonment, for stealing the sum of N6,354,300.00 ( Six Million, Three Hundred and Fifty- Four Thousand, Three Hundred Naira only) belonging to Golden Rossy General Merchandise Limited.
He was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on September 9, 2013 on a 3-count charge, bordering on stealing, conspiracy to steal and issuance of dud cheques.

Justice Akinyemi found him guilty on the charge of stealing and sentenced him to seven years imprisonment and another three years imprisonment on the charge of issuance of dud cheques. The sentence is to run concurrently.

The convict was not physically present in court while the sentence was pronounced. The judge, consequently ordered all law enforcement agencies in Nigeria, to paste the photograph of the convict in public places and arrest him.
He also directed that the service of the jail sentence should commence from the date of his arrest.

  42. Ok dat is gud 4him. What I like about Blackberry is the pinging and the smartness, whenever I ping someone and that person read my pinging it'll show me R. And that R mean the person has read my pinging I really love bold 5, and the way I used to move from one application like facebook to whatsApp and to other applications, and whenever I take pictures with my Blackberry bold 5. It always clear and finer is my number one among the rest phones pictures, also with Blackberry protect when my former Bold 2 was stolen, it was Blackberry protect I used to get all my contact back because I used Blackberry protect to back-up all my contact before it was stolen, that is what I really love about blackberry. 53. His real crime is that he was found guilty of "oridinary stealing" instead of "corruption". We have learnt its better to steal government money so you get a fine less than 10% of the amount stolen.

  58. This is why I like blackberry phones check out BB10, I like it because;
    True multitasking
    Easier navigation between running programs
    Easier management of running programmes
    Expandable memory
    Tim-shifting camera
    Constant ability to monitor incoming massages
    SERIOUSlY cool keyboard
    That keyboard goes somewhat "predictive".
    First of, the keys are much wider than those on iOS, particularly in portrait mode. much easier to type on, even without the new features. Second, the prediction scheme is apparently more adaptive, and pays more attention to the way you write as an individual. Third, the ability to "flick" words into the output is frankly brilliant, and I can confirm it's a game-changer. It's an honest productivity-booster. micheal4rig@gmail.com
