What this pictures denotes is that the passport in the card does not correlate with the dressing he put on when he was registering. Instead the passport photograph is an old picture of Johnathan.
Its just a way to let everyone know the actual process I guess. Usually a dummy card would have been prepared just for media propaganda. I can bet that another cad would be issued to him which would be the real deal(biometrics included and all).

It is a valid observation Linda. the explanation is simple - the ID is a sham. How do you explain taking a biometric snap shot dressed in native attire and the picture comes out on the card as dressed in suit?
