Photos: See America's most expensive and cheapest house

This 3-bedroom bungalow you see above is America's cheapest home, at just $188. It's located in Flint, Michigan, has major fire damage and needs a lot of work.

While the most expensive house in the US is the upgraded 12-bedroom ‘Palazzo di Amore’ mansion in Beverly Hills, which is on the market for a whopping $195 million. Continue...



The owner of the palatial California pad, billionaire Jeff Greene, has been renting out his property for $760. 000 a month. The 52-acre estate hosts an entertainment complex with a 50-seat cinema, bowling alley and a Turkish-style spa; it also has its own vineyard which produces 400 to 500 bottles each year.

  24. Linda. In order words, any level your hand reach hang your hand bag, abii. The truth of the matter is that the cheap house is too cheap that you can never get such here in naija even if it is in the village and this also shows that the houses here are over priced and is not suppose to be.

First to comment. ...wow...Linda r u sure the rent is $760 per month because I stay in an ordinary house that is $750 per month...so I can't believe this house is $760 per month the money is just too small...If not I can come and rent this place naa... (lol)...so beautiful sha...like my dream house..
