Dayo 'D1' Adeneye, Muma Gee join politics (photos)

The rate at which these entertainers are joining politics, there will be no one left to entertain us o...:-).

Award winning TV and Radio broadcaster, Dayo 'D1' Adeneye, is going for Ogun State House of Assembly, Odogbolu Constituency under APC in the 2015 elections, while singer Muma Gee is going for House of Reps, Abua/Odua and Ahoada East LGA, Rivers State under PDP. Muma Gee even shared pics of her officially collecting her nomination form. See that after the cut...

    3. Why do people have a problem with these guys contesting elections in their own country. After all, under the Nigerian constitution they are eligible. If you don't want to be a part of it, why criticise those who are bold enough to try.

I didn't know D1 had plans of going into politics too. Both D1 and Kenny conducted an interview for Kenny's sister KSB who is also contesting in Lagos. Let them go new talents would take over bt if they lose ehn.

  38. Sickening. Ruling a people and putting yourself in a position to make decisions that influence their lives should not be a competition or a fad or hobby. It should be the outcome of significant and deep thought about the needs of people (not diaper and garri bags or palm oil) in terms of changing structures and policies to support thriving communities. Our communities are dead financially and socially. Have not heard of a real long term plan that involves systemic change that has been proposed by anyone ever. We always wait until we have a MEND or Boko before we "REACT". We are the authors of our circumstances. We are creating the insecurity in this country. We are the authors of our demise and sleeplessness - whichever is your potion at this time.

  39. we need to have an electoral debate to know who is intelligent enough to be a leader in this country, cos most of this people don't have the educational background to even contest
