President Jonathan was conspicuously absent from the list which had four African Presidents- President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya, President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi of Egypt, President Idriss Déby of Chad and President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda.
The list featured in their new edition which hits stands today, also has award winning actress Lupita Nyong'o as one of those who made the cut.
South Africans and Nigerians dominated the list with each country having 33 and 31 entries respectively.
