What do you ladies think of waist trainers? Do they really work?

It looks like the new trendy crase amongst ladies these days in the waist trainer...recently made popular by Mrs West. Ladies are now wearing corsets for hours at a time, some even to bed, to help compress their core, which is supposed to eventually shrink their waist and give them that hourglass figure (like Kim), but is it safe to wear it all the time and does it really work?

  1. Lol.......linda are u asking to know if u'll start wearing it?

    3. Barking market is in east London. But Linda advertised one here few weeks ago. Search for corset on Linda's blog.

    5. You can go to barking market btw 9am till 5pm. One is an Asian guy his stall is close to McDonnold and the other one is a woman of colour you will see her not far from the guy. She always hang them outside.

  15. LINDA KIM KARDASHIAN DID NOT MAKE IT POPULAR ABEG. She joined the trend. Some of us have been using it since the beginning of the year. Speak for yourself. And yes it works depending on if you use latex or whichever material. I can't say the same for corsets though. They shift organs.

  16. Not safe for sleep. Poeple get to over do things.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Not sure about how safe it is. But I guess it works. Check out this video. Saw it last night. http://youtu.be/-7WaSFpKEnM

  18. Linda Savage Carter Kardashian! I'm surprised you didn't post anything about Bey and Jay Z renewing their vows and house-hunting in Paris.

Lol. Kim be showing us what she wears under her garments to make her look like an hourglass. Itsn't safe Lin. You'll just be pressing/suffocating the organs behind the corset.

  21. I'm not sure.. I value my health to the core; don't want anything that'll jeopardize that. How is one supposed to be relaxed when bundled in that?.

  26. I ll recommend waist training for women especially the workout type . Don't go to the extreme immediately.. It takes gradual process, dedication and dieting to work very well .. It's safe too. U can equally workout with it.. The one Kim has is the workout waist training or cincher while the second pic is the main bust corset!! I love waist training!!!!

  30. Sis linda it works but I don't know how safe it is in the long run. The lady with the smallest waist in the world uses it

    ReplyDelete
  31. Prolonged use of waist trainers aren't very safe, though the side effect is a slow and gradual process,it compresses your organs and causes serious discomfort for the organs.(Imagine 30 pers trying to fit into a 13 pers capacity elevator). Ladies please wake every other morning at least and run for 30mins, DO NOT diet, just EAT HEALTHY,10 sit ups everyday can really do the trick too... Linda you should stop encouraging ladies to destroy their organs biko!!! this ur story sef na wa,LOL....Although I no ming getin smallwaist line... Kim is just a very vain , she got a great body what more is she looking for.. MSTCHEW , no be her fault na this eba just de mess me up. LOL....

  46. It's does work wen u work out with it. You can't just sit there nd expect it to work without working out in it. If u want to stop using it you have to be working out in it to get fast results. I recently bought mine nd it's really great but hvnt started working out in it. Luv ya ur fan from Turkey

I wish I could share a photo of my tummy before I started using it and now buh u haters gonna hate on me especially d broke haters dt can't afford it.

  55. You guys! Don't be naive. Kimberly is only advertising the product in an I obvious way. That's how she does soft ads. She doesn't really care about the waist trainer. She has been paid in form of cash or kind to do this.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Basically. It "works" but just know you'll have to wear it for the rest of your life. Also pls learn about the negative side effects i.e. pupushing the fat inside your body / squishing your organs and the like. I really think the negatives outweigh the temporary look. I tried it....it is painful! My skin started to bruise and my skin started to shape itself in weird ways. I wore it for 2 weeks straight after wearing it for 2 weeks off and on before that.

I would advice against and if anything wear the athletic one when working out.

    ReplyDelete
  57. she didn't make it popular.even her sister khloe has been wearing it

  61. @11:39pm, correct ( meemee ).

    ReplyDelete
  62. SMH...Surprised you guys dont know adverts when you see one. She's merely endorsing the product and getting paid for it. Shes naturaly curvy and pls dont kid yourselves buying this will make your wide waist/tummy disappear.

    ReplyDelete
  63. I think its so tight and can have side effects if worn for a prolonged time.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Linda if you really want to know why don't you buy one and start using it as an experiment...Hmmmm

    ReplyDelete
  65. It works so fast, stressful @ the initial stage.Am so getting WAISTED

    ReplyDelete
  66. I blame Iyanya...Figure 8 oh!!!

    ReplyDelete
  67. It's a faster alternative to exercise, but it isn't very safe, as it effectively damages the cells lining your core. It obstructs blood and oxygen flow to your torso hence weakening those cells. You're better off with exercise

  68. This ashawo is just obsessed with herself.

  69. Abegg d babe 2 set,I see nothing wrong in working towards perfection.

    ReplyDelete
  70. The goal here is to help women decide how your body waist cincher help to lose weight and shape the figure permanently. The molding strips are only for those who want to refine your silhouette to their clothes look better. Used belts to see more beautiful.
