"Okey Wali is a man of peace who has not only contributed immensely to the enthronement of rule of law and protection of human rights, but also to the development of our Nation. It is therefore saddening that he should become a kidnap victim. This sad event is yet another reminder of the state of insecurity in which all Nigerians live. We passionately appeal to his abductors for his immediate and safe release to his family." the statement readMr Wali, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, was NBA president from 2012 to July 2014

ReplyDeleteAt least the kidnap of this prominent dude will expose the daily kidnapping happening in PHC. ROtimi has it under wraps. Nobody talks about it. Something so vile has become the new normal and people have adjusted their mindsets. I hope Mr Wali's family finds him but this is helping bring renewed attention to the insecurity in port harcourt. it is terrifying.
