Newman Street debuts on TV + check out pics from the premiere

The Silverbird Galleria played host to celebrities, heads of industries and very important dignitaries last Thursday for the premiere of the latest TV series Newman Street.

 Newman Street is an entertaining and educative program that features Nollywood heavyweights like Bimbo Akintola, Fred Amata, Bimbo Manuel to mention a few.

 

This innovative TV series is focused on addressing key health concerns challenging Nigerians’ like Malaria and Family planning.

       The edgy TV series brings you the stories of different Nigerian characters who strive to overcome the severe realities of life one of whom is a young man with big dreams (Andy).

  Newman Street is supported by Nollywood Concept Promotions (NCP) and Center for Communication Programs Nigeria (CCPN) with the support of United State Agency for International Development (USAID/PMI), United Nation’s Population Fund (UNFPA), The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs (JHUCCP) and the UK Department for International Development (UKaid).

      The TV Series started on Sunday 19th October; you can watch it on channel 105 of NTA Star times by 8:30 pm with a repeat broadcast on Fridays at 8pm. Please be sure to tune in.

  12. The Newman street is so nice like the best seasonal in Nigeria yet it airs during the weekend on NTA at 8:00
