That's a good move
ReplyDeleteRest on.......
ReplyDeleteOk
ReplyDeleteThat's good, I hope it will not affect their brand
ReplyDeleteYour comment will be visible after approval
How will it affect their brand? The company is still called TFC.
DeleteMemories live on!!!
ReplyDeleteRIP. I'm not sure it's a good decision though, brand name wise.
ReplyDeleteXo sad to lose an only child,
ReplyDeleteThe name sounds local,I prefer the name TFC than bunmi's place.
ReplyDeleteLinda, it seems that you are quite confused! TFC is not rebranding by changing the brand name.it's only their head office that is being renamed 'Bunmi's Place'.
ReplyDeleteThis is soo Fucked..
ReplyDeleteEpic fail. TFC is a strong brand name. The new name sounds like a Buka. Before you know it the food will become Buka food too. Peace to the dead, comfort to the living.
ReplyDeleteOkie's seen
ReplyDeleteR.i.p................................#KingOfKings
ReplyDeleteBunmi's place sounds great but not up to standard
ReplyDeleteGod bless bunmi's place and may it continue to flourish and grow from strenght to strength in Jesus name
ReplyDeleteThat's very good. To keep his memory alive.
ReplyDeleteLinda its just the HeadQtr buildings name that will be changed from the TFC Place to Bunmi Place not the name of the brand.. Please get ur facts right

ReplyDeleteFor records, OLUWABUNMI Omotayo Adedayo, the only son of Chief Adekunle Adedayo and Chief (Mrs.) Olayinka Adedayo, owners of Tastee Fried Chicken (TFC), who died on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, was buried on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at Vaults & Gardens, Ikoyi, Lagos.
ReplyDeleteBefore his burial, a wake-keep was held in his honour at Our Saviour’s Church, Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos. ENCOMIUM Weekly was there and talked to some of his friends and colleagues in TFC who paid him glowing tributes.
ABIODUN SHOWUNMI, Head of Administration, TFC
“I worked directly with him. I reported to him daily. I have been in Tastee Fried Chicken in the last two years but I was appointed Head of Administration in the last one year. For about 11 months, I worked directly with him. He was a leader, a visioner. He was someone that believed in the youths. He believed in hard work. He was a soldier because when he gave you an assignment you must deliver with military precision.
“I will miss a lot about him. I learnt a lot under him. I thought I had enough experience about the job until I met him. He had a lot of experience that I learnt from him.
“He built the company, he ran the company and had passion for the job. He loved all of us. Every member of Tastee Fried Chicken (TFC) had direct contact to him. You could call him anytime. His office was opened to everyone including the cleaners.” culled from Encomium Weekly
