For me One of the main problem is electricity. His plan on electricity & how it will belong things of the past. This is one of the major development in developed countries
they should talk about what they are doing to clean up governance, what they are doing to earn their salary[for the first time], instead of just sitting on their fat ass and doing nothing but sleep and booze all day. they really have nothing interesting to show for their years in governance. their all failures. tutupie
I'ld Like him to Declare that he is not fit to Run the Government as he only encourages EX-EFCC people and Law Breaker, e.g Alams,Fayose,Omisore, Obanokoro, Akala, Ali Modu sherif, Fani Kayode and too many more to come in the nearest future as ohis only Job now is to keep doing things that Cast him a bad light.
personally, am tired of that their independent day speech..of what need is it..is not not after they will go back to Aso rock..i have been listening to that speech for the past 2 decades now..he should tackles youth unemployment..he should stop talking and start doing something.
I will want Mr president to speak on corruption and energy(electricity). The major problem we have in this Sector is Distribution. When the required megawatt is generated the transmission/distribution engineers don't consider man made or natural disasters. Hence you see alot of poles that carries cable goes down every day with little effects of wind. Bush burning most be consider also. With this in other you are sure of stability.
For me i dont have question about boko haram because i know one day the northern people will come to their senses and stop killing themselves,my question will be about unemployment, corruption and embezzlement of our resources e.g $9.3m to south Africa,$1b loan
i m on ur side in dat part aunty linda i also wnt him to go ahead n create me states in Igbo land for it to great more job opportunities..Goldensarah9@yahoo.com
Why he is inaccessible to people with bright ideas. I tried to make myself available but his army of morons won't let me get thru. Since I don't need govt contracts to survive, I moved on with my bright ideas
He should tell us why he hasn't been able to give us constant power supply abeg dahs the most important thing in this country needs, dahs wah he shud take into into cognisance....power supply enhance the developnment of all other sectors..so all he's bin saying since are stories ,he shud gv us light abeg.
Please address the issue of crazy bills issued by EKO power company & please for the love of God make available to us (for a reasonable charge if we must pay say N10,000 max) the prepaid meter. If it'll be taken seriously, tariff on electric bill is just too crazy for words. In surulere where i stay, have to buy fuel everyweek, dont stay home during the day and neither do members of my family; yet at the end of the month billed too high for words.
Well, Doyin must be stupid, there are a lot of things for Mr. President to do, who cares about his speech, when we need actions. These guys are really clowns!

BH and electricity issue, cos if u say corruption, everyone in Nigeria is corrupt even a newborn......to fight corruption in Nigeria, it begins with each and every one of us....
i want mr.president to talk about how the life of Nigerians graduate will be affected by increasing employment. Also, let him tell us how these politicians will be punished. today, we hear about 9.3 million dollars moved to S.A while that money can be used to create thousands of job. i also want mr.president to tell Nigerians how 2015 politics will affect us both positively and negatively, i knw that politicians are ready to bring out the money for their useless and selfish interest. i knw that all hope is not lost for Nigerians. how can these country improve our tertiary institutions, let mr president answer why most of our projects are been handled by foreign contractors, while we have professors of different discipline in Nigeria. we we coursed or are we the curse, all these and more is my question for the most powerful man in nigeria

@doyinokupe, less than 24hrs to Independence day the president's speech is not ready? This shows how competent you his "esteemed" advisers really are. No wonder his speeches are usually colloquial
Better pay for public servants, low cost housing for government workers. A better Nigeria for all. Our government schools are very poor & d private schools are very expensive.
Linda, when are u gonna gist us about Tiwa and Tunji's marriage saga? Ehen when? Ure not even telling us about Ini and hubby's own too.. ure too biased abeg. Not right! If u like no post my comment.. u have sa seen it. Anyways, onto d next.. President Jonah.. pls can't we finally have stable light? 54yrs and that sector isn't fully built. 1. Why is he trying all he could to get 2015 presidency by force? 2. How many people has EFCC prosecute for corruption under his administration? 3. Can he describe the aftermath of 2015 election to us if he losses? 4. In a democratic government, does he think it is right for PDP not to do presidential primaries and make him the sole candidate?.
yes linda i agree with u in times of boko haram pple but poverty is also the most important thing that i beliv he shld also try to do something about it, creating more jobs and more company's for our youth. we have so many graduates in this country without jobs, everybody cannot be an entrepreneur some also need to work but no jobs, ok linda, imagine on ur giveaway monday's, pple fighting for the money is over 30,323 pples, last month was over 16,785 pples is that not cost by poverty? i still see some dropping comments asking u to help them for there school fees and some for feeding money while some are asking for a job, Nigeria has money but is in few hands, our politicians and co. are the ones spending Nigeria money while our pple are suffering looking for what to eat, look at the $9.3million that money is own by our politicians why can't they use that money to help Nigerians, by opening companies and employing our youth so many Nigerians will benefit frm it, even the boko haram sponsors, if they invest that money that they use in sponsoring boko haram we the Nigeria youth will also benefit frm it too. God will help Nigeria. abeg make una no mind my english oo i no gree go finish school. lolz.
1st of all Boko haram, then another area I would like him 2talk abt,is the rate at which Corruption is eating up our leaders, how he plans 2 tackle it...
The critical areas 4 me 1.How to get rid of corruption, money looting in Government. 2.Boko haram.3.Unemployment.4.Education,security,Goods roads & social amenities, rigging of election, poverty eradication. Everything is wrong in Jonathan administration!

Da deteriorating state of our Nigeria university, unemployment, repairing of federal roads(especially abia/portharcourt express road) and then lack of light in Nigeria
Wot area abi wot areas. as for me av lost count but oga prsido sud jus not speak abt it he sud act abt it biko (boko haram eeeeeeee) that is jus one of them.
For Me i want to hear the President Address the follwoing Issues with clear and precise answers, not vague reponses 1) When will Nigerian begin to experience constant power supply 2) Issue of alledge boko haram sponsors and their prosecussion 3) Issue of foreign companies enslaving nigerians workforce, especially the Asian companies (Huawei, ZTE, CCEC, WAHUM, and the likes)
I'm fed up with the way our government is economical with the truth and the people around our president are mere praise singers. Don't want to think about the issues in the country.
20b missing, $9M missing, 200 girls missing, 30 police men missing, National dignity missing... Why does he need a second term... Mr. Doyin, Pls ask Mr. President..
National orientation is and always be the problem but we don't see it that way. We think when we solve the "BIG" problems everything could get better. But it won't as long as; as a nation we don't or haven't agreed on what we want, and how we treat one another, which brings us to the next big problem----Human right. We take it for granted. Reppin SAMSUNG NOTE3
Without corrption and abuse of power Boko Haram would not exist. Unlike every other terror organistion there is no apparent madate or grievience that would have normally been an incentive for terror attacks. GEJ cannot get rid of BK because he sat numbly by as those who ushered him into undeserved power empowered mercenaries - mostly from Mali - to kill and maim the very people he is playing at leading. Our biggest problem in Nigeria are the 100 or so men and women all aged 55 and above who are toying with our lives and destinies because they are greedy, inhumane and Godless. People who have had their chance to do but failed and can now not let go of the sweet embrace of power. We can ALL name these people. We see them shamelessly exhibitng their bloodstained spoils. We celebrate them. We know their kids. We tap into their blessings. We sew their clothes, wash their cars, cut their hair, manage their bank accounts. They have no fear because we are cowards. GEJ is the biggest coward out of us all. So Mr GEJ, don't ask us questions you already know the answers to. This is a pointless effort on your part.
If the Special Adviser does not know the critical areas ailing this nation and needs public input to properly advise the President then I think it's time the President got another Adviser.
Doyin STFU!! Who do you think will waste their precious time to play this idiotiv game with you? How many areas have your president addressed since he came into office? Please go and take several seats.
May God punish u. U are a fraud. Any website i enter as 4rm 2day, am goin to tell everyone dat cares to listen, dat linda ikeji is a devil in disguise. Idiot.
I feel this is just a political game they playing, killing innocent lives and damaging properties, kidnapping people enslaving suffering and purnishing them, I feel its because GEJ is in seat they use boko haram to terrorize his reign, just like "militants" were there once upon a time, it is well with us o, they won't succeed
Nigeria is sick in every areas(s)of her body, everytin doesn't seem to be working, let him speak to us on how he wants to tackle the level of unemployment,Boko haram, electricity, social amenities, education, agriculture, security, also talk to us about how silly some politicians could be.olabode82@yahoo.co.uk
Please let him talk about Electricity. We need basic amenities in our country. There is money in Naija why do lake/suffer of these stuff, why do they let us suffer like this? #cryingfornaija. Prettychi77@yahoo.com
So you tell Jonathan what to talk about abi....keep disgracing the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.....Mugu Doyin why can't you get a ministerial appointment instead of this talk talk job you do....ALWAYS TALKING RUBBiSH
Very mundane question. Anyway, he should tell us why constant power supply has become a mirage after spending close to $35billion to generate only 4k megawatts. Whereas Texas city in the state spent $6Billion to generate 33k mega watts?
The President need to tell Nigerian the action that is being made to create more Jobs for our unemployed youth. graduate are out of school for years and no tangible means of livelihood and the effort being made to rescue our girls from the dreaded Boko-Haram and the action being taken to put a final stop to the insurgent.

ReplyDeleteFor Me i want to hear the President Address the follwoing Issues with clear and precise answers, not vague reponses
ReplyDelete1) When will Nigerian begin to experience constant power supply
2) Issue of alledge boko haram sponsors and their prosecussion
3) Issue of foreign companies enslaving nigerians workforce, especially the Asian companies (Huawei, ZTE, CCEC, WAHUM, and the likes)
I'm fed up with the way our government is economical with the truth and the people around our president are mere praise singers. Don't want to think about the issues in the country.
ReplyDeleteEMPLOYMENT.... POVERTY...HEALTHCARE....SECURITY.... ELECTRICITY AND WATER!!!
ReplyDelete20b missing, $9M missing, 200 girls missing, 30 police men missing, National dignity missing... Why does he need a second term... Mr. Doyin, Pls ask Mr. President..
ReplyDeleteYes ooo. He should address insurgency
ReplyDeleteHe should tell us how he plans to get lair like you out of his government.
ReplyDeleteFor me it's poverty and unemployment
ReplyDeleteLike a doctor asking what part of a patient should he treat or operate on........#retard!!!
ReplyDeleteHow is that my problem? Are mine the one to dictates to the president on what he should address the nation on. Are they that dump
ReplyDeleteNational orientation is and always be the problem but we don't see it that way. We think when we solve the "BIG" problems everything could get better. But it won't as long as; as a nation we don't or haven't agreed on what we want, and how we treat one another, which brings us to the next big problem----Human right. We take it for granted. Reppin SAMSUNG NOTE3
ReplyDeleteHe should tell us his plans on how to return our gurls biko #Bringbackourgirls
ReplyDeleteWithout corrption and abuse of power Boko Haram would not exist.
ReplyDeleteUnlike every other terror organistion there is no apparent madate or grievience that would have normally been an incentive for terror attacks.
Thank you so much! I love your comment.
DeleteWhen is he leaving

ReplyDeleteHow about why constant supply of electricity has been evading us.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't make any difference, wot he will, he will do. Its an aristocratic government.
ReplyDeleteVery mundane question. Anyway, he should tell us why constant power supply has become a mirage after spending close to $35billion to generate only 4k megawatts. Whereas Texas city in the state spent $6Billion to generate 33k mega watts?
ReplyDeleteThe President need to tell Nigerian the action that is being made to create more Jobs for our unemployed youth. graduate are out of school for years and no tangible means of livelihood and the effort being made to rescue our girls from the dreaded Boko-Haram and the action being taken to put a final stop to the insurgent.
