Justin Bieber may have 99 problems but Orlando Bloom isn't one. Days after he was nearly punched in the face by the actor, the singer was spotted smooching a mystery girl on his luxury yacht. The pics were taken on Thursday night after a party on board his luxury yacht moored off the Ibiza coast. Selena Gomez won't like this. See more photos after the cut...
