M.I Abaga releases new music - King James (Audio & Video)

M.I has returned to the spotlight with the release of his latest single titled “King James”. King James” takes a strictly Hip Hop approach and M.I is out to prove all doubters wrong. He proclaims himself as the king and writes off all competition; with a great delivery all round M.I once again gives a glimpse of his lyrical prowess.

This release comes after a long break from releasing content; this dates back to March last year when M.I released the single “Chairman”. M.I has also hinted on this track that there will be a lot more music coming from him in the not too distant future. Listen to the song after the cut...

    1. Exactly what I thought. Hip hop has moves past the era of self-praise verses. That's why Canibus is no longer relevant todau. Even JayZ moved on.

    2. Bia enyi for someone calming to be the best rapper in Africa, the song is too weak, if u a day one rap head u 'll know dat d song sounded like an intro to a rap album, it's just a 4.5/10, he has a lot of work to do to come close 2 olamide & Phyno, who re the CR7 & Messi of rap in Naija nw, MI is just d best rapper in chocolate city na were dat best stop for am, #word

  12. I think MI has grown more than his lyrics. He doesn't need to beef and sing about being the best or claiming a particular spot. Still the same shit as his Chairman's single. Not bad as usual, but he should grow up.

  26. Obinna Azubuko you're an ignorant goat. Infact, a goat is better than you. If you cannot see the creativity in the song before bringing up your wack religion that has not solved any problem for the world other than cause more division among humanity and set humanity back by a million years, then keep quiet.

  37. Candidly the rap is great could be longer though. I do however think he could have come up with a better hook. The last part of the song would suffice as a better hook(My opinion). That said, all in all it is some dope shit.
