This amount might be small but it is significant when more than 100 people fall into this trap. I need to share this before mumu people like me get into this trap. I got a message not too long from NCC-AIRTIME saying that my line has won 30000 airtime with NCC just because my SIM has been registered with MTN. I was instuctednto log on to NCCSIM.NET to activate a code given in the text message. MUMU Me also logged on and I put in the code and was asked to activate the code which i did and a message came on that site that I need to activate the 30000 with 1500 mtn airtime and type in my number, the pin of the card and my state which i did immediately. I got an error message that the airtime was not correct. I immediately thought about it that am I a moron, so i tried loading the card on my phone immediately and I got a message that the airtime has been used by another customer.
I called mtn customer care and I was told they are not aware of anything like that.
AWOOF dey run belle o. Please Linda kindly help publish so that people like me don't fall victim of this scam.
