    6. Annon 10.08,SEEMS LIKE EVERYONE IS FORGETTING THAT THE MAN IS ACTUALLY A US CITIZEN AND THE ONLY THING THAT BROUGHT HIM HERE WAS THE ECOWAS MEETING.
OUR GOVERNMENT MESSED UP BIG TIME AS USUAL BY NOT CHECKING HIM BEFORE ACCEPTING HIM IN.
HOWEVER,THE MAN COULD HAVE GONE TO HIS WIFE AND KIDS IN THE USA FIRST AND I WONDER WHAT AMERICA WOULD HAVE SAID THEN.
HAVING SAID THAT,I THINK THIS VIRUS SHOULD BE CONTAINED RATHER THAN SPREAD.

  9. Totally true. My family is in Lagos, it's really scary when you think about it and how easy it is to spread. What we're holding on to now is hope, faith that #Ebola will be eliminated soon but it takes joint efforts from both the authorities and the masses. It is well..

  12. if only Nigeria government could care for there citizen the way USA does am telling Ebola wouldn't have been a case in Nigeria just that Nigeria is now a dump site for different kind of people so I see no reason why the federal government should act like they care now when they don't my prayer is some of the top politician family should contact the disease then they would know how the poor masses feel

  27. By Rolu Adebola:
Hehehehehehe! EBOLA strikes "stone age" Africa. The entire continent, comprised largely of backward thinking people, is thrown into confusion. They were praying. Calling on God as usual. God doesn't drop vaccines or cures from heaven. I wonder why they can't get that into their thick skulls.EBOLA hit Africa in the 90s. The Americans took note. They developed a cure and locked it up in a wardrobe somewhere. A thinking society, a practical society, a sensible society. They solved the problem in the lab and not in the church. They know the solution to problems is not by handing it over to God or casting it on Jesus. They found a cure and locked it away, for a day it will be needed. We were in church and mosques, praying. So EBOLA hit West Africa and the entire continent became jittery. Hundreds died. America kept quiet. Two Americans got infected. The Americans opened their wardrobe, flew the cure to Africa and saved their citizens. The drug worked within minutes! The two citizens were saved. Not by prayers but by commons sense preparation. God doesn't help the praying Africans with vaccines or cures. They die in their hundreds. It's because of their sins. What else will they say?The Americans don't help lazy minded Africans too. They make money with their vaccines, which praying Africans have to buy. Cos they won't spend their time taking the hard route to solve their problems. They will rather gather in special prayer grounds and ask God to intervene. But he does not. Except maybe through the money making Pharma companies in America. Such is the life of those who don't think!

    1. Now, Mr Anonymous I believe you are getting too sentimental about prayer. Nothing in heaven and earth can be done or achieved without prayer. You care to know what happened that first time Ebola surfaced??? I believe in prayer, I believe in God guiding my steps all the way. God works through people

  28. Wale Gates dey US. E nor get problem. But Africa, we low o. Chei! As we dey so, how many of our governments and research companies dey involved for finding vaccine or cure for dis Ebola? All we know na say we go close border, we dey prepare lab. and isolation centers. Ghana now feel say na by to ban flight; what of involvement in searching for a cure? We dey wait U.S. After we go say discrimination, etc. We low, we low! Chai! As dem dey find the cure so for us and possibly themselves, if dem fit ban all flights, I AM FULLY IN SUPPORT.

  29. There is nothing wrong with what Wale Gates said, he is right on the money!!! Nigeria is a useless God forsaken country, that cannot even protect his citizens, and all these African leaders know how to do, is to be going to America for a stupid summit!!! Nigeria should have prevented ebola, just like Ghana is doing, useless president, curse me and it is back to sender suckers and assholes!!! Whizman

    ReplyDelete
  30. Like I said before, how many African governments are presently involved in searching for a cure and vaccine. We are all just theory spoon-fed to us from the books we read in school. Our research is nothing to write home about. Presently, all we are doing is close borders and prepare labs. and isolation centers, no involvement in drug research for the purpose of defeating this virus. We expect our big brothers to do everything; when they bring the drug, we take. LET THEM CLOSE THEIR BORDERS TO US as they help us search for a cure. OUR STUPIDITY KNOWS NO BOUNDS.

  31. So what happens when you ban flights from west african countries and then the affected person from west african countries travels to Asia and infect an Asian person and the ASian person travels to America and infect the beloved Americans.....Clue?No!!!!!... Am surprised that many Nigerians are brainless as mr trump!!! Well to each their own!!#cheEzyjayne

  35. Yes. The Nigerian borders need to be closed to prevent other infected people from entering. PLease this is about safety. If we had closed our borders, we wont be counting any Ebola cases so easily

These fools ve d cure but they want it to kill a reasonable no of Africans B4 they release it but they fail to understand that they r not God. Yet they jump at d very little opportunity they ve to invest in Africa. . Who sounds like this, if not a racist. Smh. Please not every one who is infected with ebola dies. God is still God.

Only God knows how many patients that ve come in here . N it's so sad that so many nigerians still have not heard of d virus.. and these r people who love to b seen as exposed peeps. Smh. See only God can help. Seek him n he will b there 4 u.

  45. He is correct, I always complain about Nigeria waiting for the worst possible time before they act! Ebola was in West Africa for more than 3 months and in all that time Nigeria never looked to protect their border, thinking only that by announcing it in the media their job was done! Sh*t!!!! Now we are being treated like lepers because of something that should have being contained from the get go! This is basically the root of every Nigerian problem; a classic showcase of lackluster attitude.

Ghana that banned flights to Nigeria before even the first case of Ebola was confirmed do u think they dont know what they are doing? if our govt had been wise, this epidemic will not have reached Nigeria. please be constructive in your thinkinh. i am in Nigeria but i totally see where Donald trump is coming from. Now is not the time to be emotional, we need to use our head in this country

  53. This is a very selfish statement from an African, so if it is not properly contained when will it not get to the whole world

    ReplyDelete
  54. It's not abt banning flights. We need to really be educated abt how contagious this Ebola virus can be transmitted. It can only be transmitted when d victim is already terribly ill or during washing of d victims dead body. Already passengers are being screen at airports so why ban flights? My fear right now is that anyone one with a little fever would be termed an Ebola carrier. Are we gonna let dis virus cripple d whole world? N for those of us living in America, y be selfish in ur thinking. Remember u still have loved ones back in Naija. Pls let's be rational.
